【Abstract】 Personal knowledge management is a new advanced management mode in knowledge-oriented society.A well-organized and systematic personal knowledge management will provide the most powerful and direct support for individual growth and career development,which is crucial to the development of competitive superiority.This paper claims that by means of knowledge accumulation,sorting,and application,individuals can improve their work efficiency.Based on information retrieving technique,evaluation,organization,and analysis,people may understand the process of personal knowledge management.By constructing personal knowledge 3D-information network and personal knowledge management system,individuals are able to carry out personal knowledge management.更多还原
