【摘要】 目的比较利多卡因雾化吸入与常规纤支镜麻醉方法疗效。方法利多卡因雾化吸入30 min后行纤支镜检查与对照组分别进行麻醉效果及用药量比较。结果利多卡因雾化吸入后行纤支镜检查,可避免不良反应的发生,病人耐受性好。结论利多卡因雾化吸入优于常规麻醉方法,不良反应少,患者易于耐受纤支镜检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective 130 patients undergoing bronchoscopy were analyzed.Mechods Patients were randomized to receive 80mg lidocaine of nebuization before bronchoscopy.It was performed before and 2h after bronchoscopy in all patients.Results Findings before,during,and after bronchoscopy were similar in patients.It had little influence on patients.Conclusion Trial of lidocaine nebulization for bronchoscopy in patients is better than routine ways.Premedication with an inhaled lidocaine can be recommended in patients undergoing bronchoscopy.更多还原
