【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法分析腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠大出血212例临床资料。结果将212例患者按腹腔内积血量分2组:Ⅰ组<800 ml,Ⅱ组≥800 ml,比较2组手术方式、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量,结果212例均成功进行手术,无中转开腹病例。2组住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠是可行且安全的,具有术中出血少,术后疼痛轻,住院时间短的优势。异位妊娠大出血不是腹腔镜手术的禁忌症,在作好充分的预防措施下也能成功完成手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency in laparoscopic surgery with ectopic pregnancy.Methods From January 2004 to December 2006,212 cases with ectopic pregnancy were trested by laparoscopy.Results Patients were divided into two groups according to cavity blood(group Ⅰ<800 ml.group Ⅱ≥800 ml).Surgery ways were compared in terms of the surgery time,in-hospital time and the volume of bleeding.No significant difference appeared in statistic examination(P>0.05).Conclusion Peritoneoscope surgery is feasible and safe.In-hospital time is short.The ectopic pregnancy massive hemorrhage is not the peritoneoscope surgery contraindication.Fully preventive measures can ensure the success of surgery.更多还原
