基于VC++的汽轮机经济性指标计算系统
The Calculation of Steam Turbine Economical Index Based on VC++
【摘要】 为提高汽轮机运行的热经济性,研制汽轮机经济性指标计算系统.采用功率平衡方程式反推与曲线拟合相结合的方法计算汽轮机的末级排汽焓,解决了排汽湿度难以测量的问题.利用VC++编制计算汽轮机经济性指标的可视化程序,并将程序应用于300 MW中间再热冷凝式汽轮机,所得结果与厂家提供的设计值吻合较好.
【Abstract】 In order to increase the thermal economical performance of steam turbine,the System of Steam Turbine Thermal Performance Calculation has been studied.When calculating the efficiency of low pressure cylinder,it used the power-balance equation and curve fitting to compute the exhaust enthalpy.Mathematical model of every economical performance index and a visual program in VC++ are given.The program has used in a 300 MW reheating and condensing steam turbine.The result is tally with the designing data provided by maker.
