生物分离工程课程中的疑点讨论
Discussion on Centrifugal Problems in Bioseparation Engineering Module
【摘要】 本文在非惯性参照系的研究基础上,对离心场中运动的粒子进行受力和运动分析。并将离心场与重力场中沉降的粒子进行对比,把沉降速度公式移植到离心场中。并用上述理论对常见离心法中的离心粒子进行运动状态的分析。
【Abstract】 In this paper,analysis on the force of the particles and the movement in the centrifugal field is studied on the basis of non-inertial frame of reference.The difference between the particle settlement in centrifugal and gravity field is compared.And in the end,the sedimentation rate formula in centrifugal field is applied.
