从氟化钠生产废水中回收氯化铵
Recovery of ammonium chloride in wastewater from sodium fluoride production
【摘要】 利用氯化铵溶解度随温度变化较大的特点,采用降温冷析的方法回收氯化铵。通过试验确定了冷析回收氟化钠生产废液中的氯化铵工艺的基本参数:2℃下冷析6 h,NaCl的加入量为40 g/L,每吨废水中可回收农用氯化铵近0.1 t。该工艺简单,克服了传统热法工艺对设备腐蚀大、能耗高等缺点。回收所得产品质量稳定,达到农用氯化铵国家标准的要求。
【Abstract】 In view of the fact that the solubility of ammonium chloride changes greatly with temperature,the process of low temperature crystallization was used to recover ammonium chloride.The basic parameters of the process that recovering the ammonium chloride in the wastewater from sodium fluoride production was determined through the test: crystallizing time was 6 h at 2 ℃,dosage of NaCl was 40 g/L,about 0.1 t of ammonium chloride could be reclaimed from a ton of wastewater.The said process was simple,overcoming the disadvantages of the traditional evaporation process such as strong corrosion to equipment,high energy consumpiton,etc.The quality of the recovered product was stable,which met the national standard on ammonium chloride for agricultural use.
