【Abstract】 BEPCⅡis an upgrade project of the Beijing Electron Positron Collider(BEPC),of which the in- jection linac has been upgraded to increase its beam current and energy,and to improve the machine sta- bility as well.As an important part of the BEPCⅡLinac,a new timing system,based on event generator and event receivers,has been established and working smoothly since March of 2006 to provide the pre- cise synchronizing triggers to the electron gun,the RF system,the positron source,the ldystron modula- tors and beam position monitors.In this paper,more details about the system will be presented,inclu ding its development,construction,commissioning and operation.更多还原
