PIN型辐射探测器的并联使用
The PIN detector parallel application
【摘要】 由于高能电子的穿透能力较强,需要采用较厚的探测器进行探测。在中巴合作资源卫星上的星内粒子探测器,以往采用的是锂漂移型探测器。由于锂漂移型探测器有噪声大、不稳定等弱点,我们在新一代仪器上采用了离子注入型PIN探测器。但是,PIN探测器厚度有限,因而采用并联方法。本文就PIN探测器的并联应用进行实验和分析,证明其可行性。
【Abstract】 Because high-energy electron penetrability is strong,needs to use the thick detector.In the CBERS project,lithium drifting detector was formerly used.Because the lithium drifting detector has the noise in a big way,unstable and so on the weakness,we have used the ion implantation PIN detector on the new generation of instrument.But,PIN detector thickness is limited,thus we used the parallel method.This article carries on the experiment and the analysis on the PIN detector parallel application,proves its feasibility.
