【摘要】 从大气质量平衡、热岛效应控制、水资源利用约束、土地资源约束四个方面出发,确定了绿色居住区环境规划标准并建立约束模型:人均绿地面积9.46 m2;绿化覆盖率大于40%;北方地区常绿树种与落叶树种比应为3:7,南方地区为1:1;绿地布置形式为建筑间绿地外,主要以区域公园为主,服务半径500 m;绿化用水除中水外,对于干旱-半干旱缺水地区,每平方米绿地需雨水贮存池25 L左右.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper dealed with the values of environmental planning in green residential district,based on the balance of carbon and oxygen,cutting down heat island,water resource restriction and land resource restriction.A restriction model for the values of environmental planning was buitt as: landscape acre is 9.46 m2per capita and its coverage rate is more than 40%;the ratio of indeciduous trees to deciduous trees is 3:7 in the north,while 1:1 in the south;besides between buildings,vegetation distributes mainly for parking within a radius of 500 m from the buildings;reservoir cubage of rainwater for irrigation is 25 L/m2 in arid-semiarid zone.更多还原
