污水源热泵系统双级水泵运行特性研究
The operating characteristic research on sewage heat-pump system with tow-stage pumps
【摘要】 为了提高双级泵式污水源热泵系统设计和运行调节的合理性,建立了污水子系统的旁路串联水泵模型,基于实际工程数据,通过数值实验,分析了管路阻抗、水泵性能对系统实际用水量和流量系数的影响特性,讨论了系统的运行稳定性和调节性,结果表明,小阻抗旁路串联水泵系统具有环路独立性,因此,可以采用简单的分级调试方法来监控运行.增加旁路漏水阻抗有利于优化系统设计的流量系数.选择特性曲线较平缓的水泵有利于提高系统的综合性能.
【Abstract】 In order to improve the design and adjustment rationality of sewage heat-pump system with tow-stage pumps,the model of pumps in pass-by series was established,and through the numerical experiment using the actual engineering data,the influence of pipelines resistance and pumps performance upon the flux and flux coefficient were analyzed.The stability and adjustability of the subsystem were discussed.Results indicate that the loops are independent in series pumps system with small resistance pass-by passage,so the stage debugging method can be used to control and adjust.Increasing the resistance of pass-by passage can optimize the design flux coefficient and choosing the pumps with flat characteristic curve can improve the system performance.
