基于边界单元技术的航天遥感器温度场分析

【摘要】 为提高航天遥感器温度场的分析精度,解决轨道环境热传导与热辐射的综合处理问题,提出在航天遥感器温度场分析中采用边界元求解技术.经理论推导,建立了不同体单元的边界元间辐射热导率表达式和边界元与体单元间的热传导率表达式,解决了轨道环境温度场分析中热传导与热辐射的综合处理问题.应用I-DEAS软件,以某航天遥感器为例进行了具体计算.结果表明,基于边界元技术进行温度场分析能够有效解决热传导与热辐射的综合处理,求解精度较高,遥感器反射镜稳态分析温度分布和在轨瞬态分析温度曲线变化清楚,可以作为进一步精密热控设计的依据.

【Abstract】 To meet high quality requirement in thermal analysis of space remote sensor and comprehensively dispose radiation and conduction in orbit,boundary element technology is raised being applied in thermal analysis method of space remote sensor.Through theory deduction,the conductance expressions between boundary elements of different solid elements and between boundary elements and corresponding solid element are constructed.The comprehensive analysis of radiation and conduction is solved.Applying I-DEAS software based on boundary element method,a thermal analysis of a space remote sensor is shown.The results indicate,the solving precision of boundary element method is relatively high.Temperature distribution of primary speculum in steady analysis and temperature changing curve of observing points in transient analysis could be taken as credible conclusion to farther precision thermal design.
