水解酸化-膜生物反应器处理青霉素废水研究
Experimental research on treatment of penicillium wastewater with the method of hydrolysis-acidulation +membrance bioreactor
【摘要】 采用水解酸化-膜生物反应器工艺对青霉素废水进行实验室规模的处理研究,采用上流式厌氧污泥床水解酸化反应器和一体两段式膜生物反应器,在废水原液稀释4倍情况下,控制水解酸化反应的COD进水容积负荷为6~8 kg/(m3.d)、HRT为8~10 h,COD去除率为20%左右.控制膜生物反应器的COD进水容积负荷为6~9 kg/(m3.d)、MLSS为7~12 g/L,COD去除率达到90%.系统出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96)二级标准的要求.
【Abstract】 Systems study on hydrolysis-acidulation+membrance bioreactor process is adopted to treat penicillin wastewater in lab scale.The upper sludge bed reactor is used for hydrolysis-acidulation,and membrance bioreactor is used for bioreactor.Using the 4-times dilute wastewater,taking the COD enter water volume load of hydrolysis-acidulation is 6-8 kg/(m3·d) and HRT is 8-10 h,the COD removal rate is up to 20%.Taking the COD enter water volume load of MBR is 6-9 kg/m3 and MLSS is 7-12 g/L,the COD removal rate is up to 90%.The effluent quality reaches the second level of《sewage copprehensive discharge standard》(GB8978-96).
