【摘要】 在以信息和网络技术高度发达为特征的新经济时代,企业如何通过价值网络与相关利益群体进行协同竞争来获取竞争优势已成为学术界密切关注的焦点问题.运用演化博弈理论的方法,分析了价值网络模式下企业的协同竞争机制,构建了企业主体间协同竞争的演化博弈模型,并指出价值网络模式下企业协同竞争行为的博弈过程及特点.由此揭示出系统的初始状态、发展阶段及利益分配机制对演化博弈过程的影响机理,从而有助于提高企业在价值网络中的行为决策能力,对增强企业的市场竞争能力具有一定的指导价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 A unique feature of modern economies is the advanced development of information and network technologies.How a modern enterprise gains competitive advantage in cooperative competition with related interest groups through value networks has become a focus of academic study.We analyzed the enterprise cooperative competition mechanism in a value network model,constructed an evolutionary game model of cooperative competition between enterprises,and then pointed out the procedures and features of evolutionary games.This reveals how the initial state,the development stage and the interest allocation mechanism influence evolutionary game procedures.Our analysis will enhance the decision-making capacity of enterprises involved in value networks and market competition.更多还原
