【摘要】 一些大学生的学习状况不尽如人意,背后隐藏的是学习动机方面的问题。本文以学习动机相关的理论为基础,从形成内部学习动机、设置合理任务目标、追求正确的成就目标、提高自我效能、引导正确归因5个方面,分析了激发大学生学习动机应树立的理念和可行的方法,提出高校应当将激发学生的学习动机作为教育教学主要目标的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 We must notice that lots of teachers are not satisfied with students’ study in universities now.The purpose of this study is to explore the origin factors of study motive.Based on some research,we advise teachers should pay attention to promoting students’ motive.We hope teachers do some efforts on forming students’ intrinsic motivation,putting the suitable task,letting students to go after the right expected achievements,raising their self-efficacy,and leading right attribution.We suggest that every university should stimulate students’ study motive as their main education aim.更多还原
