【摘要】 欧盟《能源效率行动计划》分析了各行业提高能源效率的潜力,提出了75项具体措施,覆盖了建筑、运输、制造、金融和教育等行业,特别是明确了十项应当优先启动的措施,以实现能源节约潜力。分析欧盟提高能源效率的政策和措施,对我国提高能源效率,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会有着重要的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the estimate of the energy efficiency potential of different sectors,EU Action Plan for Energy Efficiency outlined the priority actions to realise the existing savings potential,and listed all of the 75 proposed measures,covering construction,transport,manufacture,finance and education sectors.It is of great implications for China to improve energy efficiency and build resource-saving and environment-friendly society on the basis of the study on the EU energy efficiency policies and measures.更多还原
