【Abstract】 The widespread of computers has promoted the development of auction-on-line.Meanwhile,it has influenced unprecedentedly the traditional auction.Lots of legal problems occurred due to absence of legal system of auction-on-line.The paper will proceed with the definition and characters of auction-on-line,combining with the legislation and present situation in domestic and foreign online,to seek for the settlement so that people will draw lessons from it.更多还原
