煤气化联合循环发电系统高温煤气HCl污染物脱除的研究
Removal of HCl from high temperature coal gas in IGCC
【摘要】 煤气化联合循环发电(IGCC)采用高温煤气净化技术可进一步提高发电效率,实现IGCC系统更大幅度的节能与节水。在固定床反应器中采用固体脱氯剂,研究了550℃条件下HC l气体污染物的脱除反应,结果表明,气固脱氯反应速率同时受表面化学反应和气相通过产物层扩散联合控制。较深的固定床反应器床层脱氯剂氯分布研究表明,随床层深度的增加,脱氯剂的氯容量迅速减小,在床层的最上部,氯容量接近饱和,而床层的下部却不足2%,研究给出了固定床传质区氯分布的数学模型。
【Abstract】 By using the high temperature coal gas cleaning technology,the Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle(IGCC) generation can further increase its efficiency and save energy and water.The solid dechlorination agent was used to remove the HCl in the fixed-bed reactor at 550℃,and the results show that the speed of the gas-solid dechlorination reaction is affected both by the surface chemical reaction and HCl diffusion through the product layer.The analysis of the dechlorination agent distribution in the fixed bed reactor shows that with the deepening of the bed layer,the chlorine content of the dechlorination agent decreases sharply.The chlorine content is nearly saturated at the top of the bed while it is less than 2% at the bottom.The mathematic model of the chlorine distribution in the mass transfer zone is also given.
