【摘要】 目的:总结老年心脏瓣膜置换术后的监测和护理。方法:回顾性总结29例60岁以上心脏瓣膜置换术患者的监测和护理要点。结果:出现心律失常16例,低心排3例,神经系统迸发症4例,肺感染3例,平均住院天数19d±0.5d,均治愈出院。术后以门诊方式得到访视,访视结果满意。结论:加强患者术后病情的监测,提高术后护理质量,对巩固手术效果和促进病人康复起关键作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the monitoring and nursing for the old-age patient with cardiac valves replacement.Method: A retrospective summarization was made on the monitoring and nursing for 29 cases patients with cardiac valves replacement and whose ages were 60 years old or above.Result: There were 16 cases with arrhythmia,3 cases with low cardiac output(LCO),4 cases with complication in nervous system and 3 cases with lung infection.The average hospitalization days were 19 days±0.5days and all of them were cured and left the hospital. After operation,the outpatient service was conducted and with satisfactory results.Conclusion: It is necessary for strengthening the operational effect and facilitating the patient recovery to accelerate the monitoring for the patients and improve the nursing quality after operation.更多还原
