【摘要】 目的:探讨阴道超声对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿诊断的临床价值。方法:对60例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的声像图进行回顾性分析,根据声像图特点将囊肿分为3类:①囊肿型,②多房型,③混合型。将超声诊断与卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿手术切除标本的病理检查结论相对照,以统计其符合率。结果:60例经超声检查诊断为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿与病理检验结果完全符合,诊断符合率为100%。结论:经阴道超声检查对于卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的诊断准确、无创、简便、经济,可作为首选诊断方法。更多还原
