【摘要】 目的:拟进行输卵管妊娠保守性手术治疗的研究,旨在保留输卵管的功能。方法:对30例有生育要求的异位妊娠妇女,针对妊娠部位和妊娠结局,包括流产型、破裂型、未破裂型等采取相应的保守性手术,术中使用透明质酸钠防粘连阻隔剂,术后行输卵管通液。结果:手术后血hCG降至正常,平均时间16.5d,输卵管畅通率达96.4%。结论:透明质酸钠防粘连阻隔剂应用输卵管妊娠保守性手术疗效确定,有实际意义,适用于有生育要求的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Intend to carry out the research that cures the tubal pregnancy conservative operation is aiming at the function of reserving fallopian tube.Method: Using the hyaluric acid sodium against adhesion cutting off the agent in the operation and using the oviduct passing the fluid after the operation with 30 pregnancy women who have bear child demanding,specifically for the gravidity location and the gravidity final,adopt corresponding conservative operation with the aborting type,the breaking type and the not breaking type.Result: The postoperative blood hCG falls to be regular and the average time is 16.5 days.The fallopian tube unimpeded rate amount to 96.4%.Conclusion: Hyaluric acid sodium against adhesion cutting off an agent applying the tubal pregnancy conservative operation curative effect has actual meaning,which applies to the patient who has bearing child demanding.更多还原
