N-取代苯基-N′-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-氯-5-吡唑甲酰基)(硫)脲的合成及其杀螨活性
Synthesis of N-substituted-phenyl-N′-(1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-chloro-5-pyrazole-formyl)(thio)urea and Their Acaricidal Activity
【摘要】 利用活性结构拼接原理,将高效杀螨剂吡螨胺分子的吡唑环部分引入酰基(硫)脲化合物的分子中,合成了6个新的N-取代苯基-N′-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-氯-5-吡唑甲酰基)脲(2a~2f)和6个新的N-取代苯基-N′-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-氯-5-吡唑甲酰基)硫脲(3a~3f),收率44%~89%。2和3的结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征。用叶片浸液法测定了2和3对红蜘蛛的毒杀作用,初步实验结果表明它们有一定的杀螨活性。
【Abstract】 Six new Nsubstituted-phenyl-N′-(1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-chloro-5-pyrazole-formyl)ureas(2a~2f) and six new N-substituted-phenyl-N′-(1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-chloro-5-pyrazole-formyl)thioureas(3a~3f) were synthesized from 1-methyl-3-ethyl-4-chloro-5-pyrazole formic acid and substituted aniline in yield of 44%~89%.The structures of 2 and 3 were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay tests showed that they have acaricidal activity to some extent.
