【摘要】 目的观察加减暖肝煎胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对C-反应蛋白质(CRP)的影响。方法将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组各30例。对照组用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用加减暖肝煎胶囊。连续用药3周。观察2组疗效及对患者血浆CRP的影响。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<O.05);且2组治疗后血CRP比较差异有统计学意义(P<O.05),治疗组改善情况优于对照组。结论加减暖肝煎胶囊可降低不稳定型心绞痛患者CRP水平,对不稳定型心绞痛具有较好的治疗作用。提示可从肝入手治疗不稳定型心绞痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Nuanganjian capsule on C-reactive protein(CRP) in patents with unstable angina(UA).Methods Sixty patients with UA were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The patients in control group was treated with routine therapy.The patients in treatment group was treated by combination of Nuanganjian capsule and routine therapy.The course was 3 weeks in two groups.CRP in plasma and clinical effect were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(93.33%) was higher than that in the control group(73.33%,P<0.05).There was significant difference between two groups on CRP Levels after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Nuanganjian capsule showed a favorable therapeutic effect in unstable angina pectoris by decreasing level of CRP.更多还原
