【摘要】 目的探讨超短波并紫外线局部照射治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法76例确诊为糖尿病足患者随机分为2组,均按内科常规药物治疗,局部应用生理盐水、胰岛素、庆大霉素、654-2湿敷,定期换药。治疗组加超短波并紫外线局部照射。结果治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超短波并紫外线局部照射治疗糖尿病足有较好疗效,该方法简单、安全、效果好,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultrashort wave and ultraviolet combined with drugs on diabetic foot.Methods 76 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in both groups received routine therapy for diabetes mellitus,with local wet dressing by gauze soaked with normal saline,insulin,gentamycin,654-2, changing dressing regularlly. The patients in trial group,on the basis of control group, were treated with ultrashort wave and ultraviolet therapy.Results The cure rate of diabetic foot ulcers in trial group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The mean healing time of foot ulcer in trial group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of local ultrashort wave and ultraviolet combined with drugs on diabetic foot is obviously,with simplicity,safety, good result,and which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.更多还原
