【摘要】 目的探讨颅内静脉窦血栓形成的临床特点和早期诊断。方法对18例颅内静脉窦血栓形成病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果①年龄在23~46岁。②早期表现为头疼、呕吐、癫痫、伴或不伴有局灶性神经功能缺失。③MRI及MRV检查示:单纯上矢状窦血栓形成14例,上矢状窦合并横窦3例,单纯横窦1例。④脱水、抗凝、溶栓等治疗效果好。结论颅内静脉窦血栓形成早期临床无特异性,对可疑患者应及早行MRI+MRV检查,以早期诊断,尽早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics and early dia gnosis of ceebral venous sinus thrombasis.Methods Medical records of 18 CVT arediscussed.Results CVT was most commonly seen in people of 23～46years old.The first symptomps included headache romit with or without focal deficits.The MRI and MRV showed that there were thrombosis in super saggital sinus(n=14)superior saggital sinus combine with trunsverse sinus(n=3)transrerse sinus(n=1) Delydration suticoagulation thrombolysis and enologic treatment were untilized in pationts of CTV.The result were satified.Conclusion The frst sumptomps of CTV are inefinite.The scanning of MRI and MRV should be performed in time for establishing early diagnosis.更多还原
