黏着斑激酶和肾上腺髓质素在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义
Expression of FAK and ADM in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer and Its Clinical Significance
【摘要】 目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌中黏着斑激酶(FAK)和肾上腺髓质素(ADM)蛋白表达的临床意义及两者之间的相互关系。方法:采用免疫组化染色检测FAK、ADM在10例正常卵巢组织、10例良性卵巢肿瘤及50例上皮性卵巢癌组织中的蛋白表达。结果:FAK和ADM在卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于正常及良性卵巢组织(P<0.01),正常和良性卵巢肿瘤组织中两者表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。FAK表达与病理学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移及不良预后明显相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、组织学类型无关(P>0.05);ADM表达与病理分级、淋巴结转移及预后明显相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、临床分期、组织学类型无关(P>0.05);FAK和ADM的表达呈Spearman等级相关(r=0.314)。结论:FAK和ADM在卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于正常及良性卵巢肿瘤组织,FAK可能促进ADM的表达,共同促进卵巢癌的浸润和转移,它们可作为判断卵巢癌恶性程度及评估不良预后的重要指标。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and adrenomedullin (ADM) protein in human epithelial ovarian cancer and its clinical significance and their correla-tionship. Methods: The expression of FAK and ADM were examined in epithelial ovarian cancer, benign ovarian neoplasm and normal controls by immunohistochemical staining. Then the relationship between the expression of FAK or ADM in human ovarian epithelial cancer and clinical pathologic parameters was analyzed by SPSS13. 0 software. Results: The expression of FAK and ADM in epithelial ovarian cancer was higher than that in benign and normal ovarian tissue(P< 0. 01). The expression of FAK was correlated with clinical stages, histological types, lymphnode metastasis and prognosis (all P<0. 05), and had no relations with age and histological types (both P>0. 05). The expression of ADM was correlated with histological differentiation, lymph-node metastasis and prognosis (all P<0. 05), but not with age, clinical stage and histological types (all P>0. 05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed a positive correlation betweenexpression of FAK and ADM (r= 0. 314, P<0. 05). Conclusion: The overexpression of FAK and ADM suggests that they may play a cooperative role in the invading process of epithelial ovarian cancer; they may serve as useful markers for assessment of the biological behaviors of epithelial ovarian cancer and may helpful for assessing the malignancy prognosis.
