迈克耳孙干涉仪测波长的系统误差分析与处理
Analysis and Disposal on the Systemic Error to the Measurement of Wavelength Using Michaelson Interferometer
【摘要】 通过对迈克耳孙干涉仪的全程测量,发现了波长测量误差的变化规律,找到了测量误差的主要来源——"传动比为20∶1的机构",并指出了提高现有仪器波长测量精度的措施.
【Abstract】 We find out the variation law of measurement error of wavelength,through measuring wavelength on Michaelson interferometer in full measurement range,and point out that the main source of measurement error is the device whose transmission ratio is 20∶1.Furthermore,we present some measures to improve measurement precision of wavelength.
