基于InfoWorks RS的数字流域模型研究

【摘要】 如何切实有效地减少洪水危害是全社会日益关注的问题。随着我国水信息技术,特别是遥感技术、地理信息系统和全球定位系统技术等的发展,以及数字流域的不断建设完善,河流模拟软件InfoWorksRS可以对整个流域进行洪水模拟预测,预先了解该流域的降水量及流量变化,管理部门可据此进行水情控制,洪水预警预报,防洪抗旱指挥,以及水资源的优化调度和分配等。

【Abstract】 To reduces the flood harm practically and effectively is the whole socialdaily matter of concern. Along with our country water information technology, specially the Remote Sensing Technology, the Geographic Information System and the Global Positioning System technology and so on development, as well as the digital basin unceasing construction consummates, rivers simulation software InfoWorks RS may carry on the flood simulation forecast to the entire basin, understoods in advance this basin the precipitation and the current,capacity change, the control section to be possible according to the above to carry on the st-ate of the water control, the flood early warning forecast, the flood prevention combats drought the direction, as well as water resources optimized dispatch and assignment and so on.
