【摘要】 我国改革开放已近30年,现如今已进入市场经济。市场经济的初步转入、非公有制经济的出现使我国经济总量取得了巨大成就。然而,我国市场经济的发育还不完善,政府的管理理念还未完全转型,占经济较大比例的国有成份依旧效益低、粗放经营、自主研发能力和动机差、商业腐败等等。这一系列问题还在困扰着我国经济社会的健康快速发展。国有经济问题的解决必须从根源上寻求办法,政府改革势在必行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The policy of reform and opining-up has been taken in China for nearly thirty years.Nowadays,China has stepped into the market economy period.Because of the attendance of market economy and the appearance of non-public-owned economy,our country has made the complete aggregate of economy. However,there are still many deficiencies during the development of our market economy;the managerial ideology of government has not completely changed.The state-owned element which occupied a great proportion of economy is still loweffective,it goes on with its extensive management by consuming much more energies and resources;the ability of independent research are also lacking of.Besides,the international competitive power is weak,and business corruption is going on.The series of these problems are seriously blocking the healthy and fast development of our country’s economy and society.In order to solve these problems of the state-owned economy,we have to look for solution from its source,and the reform of government must be enforced.更多还原
