黄瓜新品种鄂黄瓜4号的选育与示范推广

【摘要】 鄂黄瓜4号是用自交系‘2202-2-1’为母本,自交系‘03-14-1’为父本育成的早熟华南型黄瓜新品种。该品种前期产量高,较抗霜霉病,白粉病,商品瓜绿白色,无果把,肉厚,清香脆嫩。适于长江流域早春保护地及晚春、夏秋露地栽培。制种时注意隔离,同期播种,采用父母本行比为18∶的大行比制种。2002年以来省内外的试种示范推广。结果表明,鄂黄瓜4号优良特性稳定,适应性广。

【Abstract】 E-huanggua 4 was bred from inbred line 2202-2-1(female) and 03-14-1(male).The variety was a new Southern-China hybrid cucumber with high prophase yield,general resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew,and suited for planting in early-spring greenhouse,and late-spring,summer-autumn open field in Yangtze river drainage area.The fruit had the characteristics of green-white rind,non fruit stalk,crisp tender and a faint scent thick fresh.The space isolation should be adopted,the male and female should be sowed mean while and the planting ratio was 1:8 during the production of hybrid seed.The product demonstration and popularization of ’Ehuanggua No.4 in several provinces from 2002 to 2007 showed that the variety had stable good characteristics and extensive adaptability.
