【摘要】 应用流动注射法测定稻米中直链淀粉的含量,探讨最佳检测条件和流动注射分析参数。结果表明,在检测波长720 nm,参比波长880 nm,注射时间15s,充满时间45s,检测时间60s的条件下所得标准曲线相关系数为0.999 3,6个水稻品种直链淀粉含量标准偏差为0.080～0.244,平均为0.150,变异系数为0.54%～1.41%,平均为0.89%,与常规法测定结果无显著差异。此法简便快捷、操作简单、精确度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for determination of amylose content in rice was established by flow injection analysis.The results indicated that the method can be used to determine amylose content in rice under the conditions of measuring wavelengh 720nm,reference wavelengh 880nmm,injection time 15s,Fill time 45s and measuring time 60s.Amylose content in rice measured by FIA is feasible and the operations are more convenient and vapid than conventional methods.更多还原
