【摘要】 高校学生团体是在校大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的有效载体,是校园文化建设的主要途径。但是,笔者曾作为学生团体负责人、指导教师参与高校学生团体工作多年,发现在高校扩招和社会经济高速发展等新形势下,高校的学生团体存在发展不平衡、活动形式内容重复等问题。通过对新形势下高校学生团体存在的问题进行分析,在组织建设、干部培养、活动创新等方面进行探索和思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 University student league is an effective method of self-education,self-management,self-service to students in universities,and it is the main way to build campus culture.However,having worked for university student league for many years as principals or faculty advisers,I found that under the new situation of larger enrollment of university students and rapid economic development in society,university student league didn’t develop in a balanced way;the forms and the contents of the league always repeated and had other problems.This essay will analyze the emerging problems of university student league under these new situations,and try to find ways to solve the problems on construction of group organizations,cultivation of student leaders and project innovation,etc.更多还原
