【摘要】 以烟草赤星病菌为靶标菌,利用活体对峙拮抗、发酵液抑菌活性和离体叶片防效测定相结合的方法,从土壤中分离得到的371株放线菌中,筛选到2株抑菌效果明显、抗菌谱广、效果稳定的拮抗放线菌菌株。拮抗菌发酵液的理化性质测定表明:两菌株发酵液对温度、紫外线、自然光、酸碱的稳定性及耐贮性和菌株遗传特性虽有一定差异,但均较为稳定,其中,菌株182-2显示出了良好的抑菌防病效果和优良的稳定性,有开发应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bio-control microorganism against Alternaria alternata were selected by assessing the inhibition zone of living body,fermented broth on agar media and control effect in detached leaves.From 371 strains isolated from soil,two strains No.182-2 and No.163 were found to have obvious and stable antagonistic effect to Alternaria alternata.The properties of fermented broth of the two strains are different to heat,UV and natural light,pH,storing time and subculture.Strain 182-2 has superior capacity of inhibiting pathogens,controlling disease and enduring bad conditions.更多还原
