正确认识高校管理特殊性 不断推进高校管理人才队伍建设
Correctly Understand the Special Nature of University Management and Continously Promote the Construction of Qualified Personnel of University Management
【摘要】 高校管理有其自身的特殊性,本文从管理对象、管理目标、管理过程、管理性质等方面对高校管理的特殊性进行了分析,提出了高校管理应坚持的几个原则。并在此基础上,对推进高校管理人才队伍的建设与发展提出了具体的对策。
【Abstract】 The university management has its special nature,so this paper analyses it from such aspects as management objects,management aim,and management process and management nature,and puts forward several principles which should be stuck to in grasing the special nature of university management.On this basis,it advances specific coutermeasures to promote the construction and deve-lopment of qualified personnel of university management.
