【Abstract】 Among numerous FDI theories,Dunning’s Eclect paradigm is a theory without sisters and it epitomizes all kinds of theories.In recent years,Dunning summarized the change of international economy environments well as its influence on owership,inner superiority and area superiority.Based on that,Dunning further developed his FDI theory,and analyzed the change of the position of international corporations and host countries.On the basis of the latest achievements of Dunning’s theory,this paper makes the suggestion of making use of foreign capital.更多还原
