不同环境中结晶紫与DNA的相互作用
Interaction between Crystal Violet and DNA in Different Environment
【摘要】 采用同步荧光光谱技术对小分子染料结晶紫与DNA的相互作用进行了研究。结果表明,结晶紫结合到DNA上,荧光强度明显增强。pH值和离子强度对CV-DNA体系荧光强度的影响显著,推测其作用力主要来源于疏水作用和静电作用,加入表面活性剂和β-环糊精(-βCD)均会明显影响两者的相互作用。
【Abstract】 The interaction of small molecule dye crystal violet(CV) and DNA was investigated by means of synchronous fluorescence spectrometry technique.The fluorescence intensity increased evidently after CV binding to DNA.pH Value and ion strength affected fluorescence intensity remarkbly.The interaction comes from hydrophobic interaction and electrostatic interaction.Surfactant and β-cyclodextrin affected interaction between CV and DNA abviously.
