磷钨杂多酸催化合成醋酸仲丁酯

【摘要】 研究了以负载型磷钨杂多酸为催化剂合成醋酸仲丁酯的加成酯化反应。考察了原料烯酸摩尔比、反应压力、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对醋酸转化率的影响。结果表明,在反应温度120℃、反应时间5 h、原料烯酸摩尔比3∶1、反应压力5 MPa、催化剂用量为醋酸质量的10%的条件下,醋酸的转化率为95%左右,酯化选择性为90%。该催化剂对1-丁烯与醋酸的酯化反应具有良好的催化活性和选择性,对醋酸仲丁酯的生产具有实际的指导意义。

【Abstract】 A high activity and long life silica-supported 12-tungst rophosphoric acid was chosen as an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of sec-butylacetate.The effects of the synthesis conditions including molar ratio of 1-butene to acetic acid,reaction pressure,reaction time,reaction temperature and amounts of the catalyst on the acetic acid conversion rate were studied in detail.The results indicated that the best conditions of synthesis of sec-butylacetate were ratio of 1-butene to acetic acid 3∶1,reaction pressure 5 MPa,reaction time 5 h,reaction temperature 120℃,amounts of catalyst 10%(acetic acid).Under above conditions,conversion rate of acetic acid was about 95%,and experimental results of gas chromatograph mass spectrometer indicated that selectivity to sec-butylacetate was 90%.The activity and selectivity of catalyst for the esterification reaction were satisfactory.
