【摘要】 目的:观察乳腺癌患者内乳动脉置管新辅助化疗后癌细胞凋亡及增殖程度的变化,判断区域性新辅助化疗的效果和意义。方法:治疗组为38例接受内乳动脉置管新辅助化疗患者,对照组为34例术前未接受化疗的患者,均进行增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组化染色和原位末端标记法检测细胞凋亡,并进行统计学处理。结果:治疗组PCNA和凋亡指数(AI)的阳性细胞数比率分别为(33.3±6.9)%和(56.9±8.9)%,对照组分别为(51.6±9.8)%和(40.1±7.6)%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:内乳动脉置管新辅助化疗能抑制乳腺癌细胞的增殖,诱导凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the change of the apoptosis level and proliferate degree of breast carcinomas after via arterial infusion of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods:Immunohistochemical labeling performed with PCNA monoclonal antibody and TUNEL(terminal-deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated d-UTP nick end labeling)were used.Results:The expression of PCNA in preoperative group(33.3±6.9)% was significantly lower than that in control group(51.6±9.8)%(P<0.05).Apoptosis index of preoperative group(56.9±8.9)% was higher than that in control group(40.1±7.6)%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study shows that via arterial infusion of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy inhibits the proliferation of breast cancer cell and can induce apoptosis.更多还原
