公安行政执法中警察执法权益保护之途径
On the ways for the protection of the police law enforcement interest in the course of the public security administrative law enforcement
【摘要】 针对近年来公安行政执法中人民警察执法权益屡遭侵害的现象,提出人民警察执法权益保护的途径:严格执法、热情服务;加强公安机关自身建设;加强有关警察权益的立法保护;努力改善全社会的执法环境。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the police law enforcement interest being infringed phenomena,the paper offers some ways to protect the police law enforcement interest:strict law enforcement and warm-heated service;enhance the public security organs self-construction;enhance some legal protection for the police interest;improve the society environ- ment.
