镁合金钎焊材料研究进展

【摘要】 镁合金是金属结构材料中最轻的一种,由于具有密度低、比强度高、减震性好、易回收等特征与诸多良好的性能,近年来在汽车、电子、电器、交通、航天、航空和国防军事工业等领域的应用日益增多,随着镁合金的广泛应用,其连接问题越来越受到重视,钎焊作为连接方法中的一种有其独特的优点。主要介绍了镁合金的基本性质及其钎焊性,综述了用于常见可钎焊镁合金的钎料和钎剂的研究发展现状,并对镁基复合材料的优异性能和其在高技术领域中的应用进行了介绍,对可用于钎焊镁基复合材料的钎料进行了综述,讨论了镁合金钎焊材料存在的问题及发展趋势,说明了发展低熔点镁合金钎料以及低腐蚀钎剂的必要性。

【Abstract】 Magnesium alloy is one of the lightest structure metal materials.The application of magnesium alloy in auto,electronics,traffic, aerospace,military field,etc.increased in recent years for its characteristics and excellent abilities,just like its low density,high specific strength,good isolation performance,easy recovery.With the application increasing,the joining of magnesium alloys was focused.As a join- ing method,brazing has many unique advantages.The characterization and brazing ability of usual magnesium alloys which can be brazed were introduced.The development of brazing filler metals and fluxes suitable for brazing common magnesium alloys was reviewed.Magnesium matrix alloy with excellent abilities,its application in high-tech field and its brazing filler metals were also introduced.The problems and development trend of materials for brazing magnesium alloy were discussed.The necessity to develop brazing magnesium filler metal with low-melting point and its flux with low corrosion was also pointed.
