对乙酰氨基酚在聚苏丹红Ⅲ膜修饰电极的电化学行为研究
The electrochemical behavior and quality determination of paracetamol at poly-sudan Ⅲ film modified glassy carbon electrode
【摘要】 目的建立测定对乙酰氨基酚(ACOP)含量的电化学分析新方法;方法采用循环伏安法研究ACOP在聚苏丹红Ⅲ膜(sudamⅢ)修饰电极上的电化学行为,以差示脉冲伏安法测定其含量。结果聚苏丹红Ⅲ膜修饰电极对ACOP有明显的电催化作用,在pH4.5磷酸盐缓冲液中,氧化峰电流与ACOP浓度在2.0×10-7~6.0×10-5mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为5.0×10-8mol.L-1。结论本方法准确,简便,灵敏,可靠,可用于ACOP注射液的含量测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a novel method for the determination of paracetamol(ACOP).METHODS The electrochemical behavior of ACOP at Poly-sudan Ⅲ film modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry while the determination was measured in differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).RESULTS The modified electrode shows excellent electrocatalysis characteristics for ACOP.In pH 4.5 phosphate buffer solution,the relationship between oxidation peak current and the concentration of ACOP is linear in the range of 2.0×10-7~6.0×10-5mol·L-1.The detection limit has been estimated as 5.0×10-8mol·L-1.CONCLUSION This method can be used for the determination of ACOP in real sample with satisfactory results.
