【摘要】 目的建立感冒止咳颗粒质量标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中黄芩、金银花、葛根、连翘进行薄层色谱鉴别;采用HPLC法测定制剂中黄芩苷的含量。结果TLC可检出黄芩、金银花、葛根、连翘;黄芩苷含量在1.49μg.mL-1~149.00μg.mL-1范围内线性良好,Y=3372.4X-2.8342(r=1.0000),平均回收率为101.3%,RSD为0.68%。结论本法简便、准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于感冒止咳颗粒的质量控制和评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard of Ganmaozhike granule.METHODS Radix Scutellariae,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Puerariae,Fructus Forsythiae were identified by TLC.Baicalin was determined by HPLC.RESULTS Radix Scutellariae,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Pueratiae,Fructus Forsythiae could be identified by TLC.The standard curve was linear within the range of 1.49～149.0μg,Y=3372.4X-2.8342(r=1.000),the average recovery was 101.3%,RSD=0.685(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Ganmaozhike granule.更多还原
