【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定定呋噻米注射液含量的方法。方法C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以水-甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(50∶49∶1)为流动相,流速1.0ml.min-1,检测波长为275nm。结果呋噻米在0.049~0.292μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.94%,RSD为1.24%,n=9。结论本方法结果准确,重现性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination content of furosemide injection by HPLC.METHODS C18column was used and water-ethanol-phosphate buffer(50∶49∶1)was used as mobil phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1,the detecting wavelength was at 275nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of furosemide and peak area within a range of 0.049～0.292μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 98.94% with RSD=1.24%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is highly repeatable and accurate.更多还原
