我院抗癫痫药物血药浓度监测回顾分析
Retrospect of the blood concentration of monitoring for antiepileptic drugs in our hospital
【摘要】 目的为临床合理应用抗癫痫药物提供参考。方法回顾分析我院抗癫痫药物(苯巴比妥、卡马西平、苯妥英钠)的血药浓度监测数据。结果达有效血药浓度的患者比例分别为76.58%、64.26%、17.31%。结论临床处方抗癫痫药物应根据血药浓度来调整剂量。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To give some informations for administration ofantiepileptic drugs in clinic.METHODS To retrospect the monitoring of the blood concentration of antiepileptic drugs(phenobarbital、carbamazepine、phenytoin sodium)in epileptic patients.RESULTS The percent of reaching effective blood concentration of phenobarbital carbamazepin and phenytoin sodium was 76.58%、64.26%、17.31% respectively.CONCLUSION The administration of antiepileptic drugs in epileptic patients must be based on the data of the blood concentration.
