【摘要】 目的探讨口腔修复前辅助性正畸治疗矫治方法、临床注意事项及临床效果。方法在需要移动的牙齿上粘着托槽,根据修复要求,竖直基牙或扩大、减少缺牙间隙。结果54例病例治疗后均达到较理想临床修复的需求。结论通过口腔修复前辅助性正畸治疗,为临床修复提供良好条件,有利于提高修复体稳定性、固位性、美观性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment methods. Some matters needing attention and effectsin cases with auxiliary orthodontic treatment before prosthetic restoration. Methods By adhering the bracket to the movable teeth and holding the butment erect or adjusting edentulous space depend on different clinical needs. Results With auxiliary orthodontic treatment, 54 cases obtain satisfaction on the results. Conclusions Be treated with auxiliary orthodontic treatment before prosthetic restoration, restoration become comparatively easy to carry out as grasping many advantages. It’s propitious to stability, retention and pleasant appearance of the prosthesis.更多还原
