【摘要】 目的探讨微型钢板在指骨骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法对自2003年2月～2006年2月32例39指节指骨骨折病人(包括近节、中节指骨骨折)采用微型钢板内固定治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均获痊愈,无感染及内固定断裂。结论微型钢板内固定治疗指骨骨折操作简单、固定牢固、可早期功能锻炼,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effect of mini-plate in phalanx fractures. Methods The authors retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 39 fingers with phalanx fractures in 32 patients(including proximal phalanx, middle phalanx and distal phalanx) treated with mini-plate internal fixation from February 2003 to February 2006. Results All the patients were cured, no wound infection, breakage of internal fixation occurred. Conclusions The application of mini-plate internal fixation is an effective means to treat phalanx fracture, for it leads to easy manipulation, stable fixation,early exercise and less complications.更多还原
