【摘要】 目的探讨对脑血管病伴发精神障碍的诊断治疗。方法通过选取近一年住院病人中符合CCMD-3诊断标准的脑血管病伴发精神障碍者,分析其临床特点及治疗方面的独特性。结果153例脑血管疾病患者,伴发症状不同的精神障碍56例,发病率占脑血管疾病的36.6%。临床表现复杂多样,多数在积极治疗基础病同时针对精神障碍进行治疗,精神症状在14～28天消失。结论脑血管疾病伴发精神障碍应引起临床医生的高度重视,细心鉴别及积极治疗可改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnose and treatment of cerebrovascular disease with mental disorder. Methods The inpatients of cerebrovascular disease with mental disorder recent a year were retrospective studied including clinical features and treatmental distinctive quality, whose diagnose meet with CCMD-3. Results In 153 patients of cerebrovascular disease, 56 cases concurrented with different mental disorder symptoms. The Morbidity is about 36.6% and the clinical manifestation was diverse. Most of patients were treated positively with primary diseases at the same time with mental disorder. As the result, the disorder disappeared in 14 to 28 days. Conclusions It is necessary to give mental intervertion to the patients’ mental disorder due to cerebrovascular disease. Carefully identification and aggressive treatment to these disorder can improve the patients prognosis.更多还原
