【摘要】 目的回顾性分析147例终末期肾病(ESRD)维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的病因构成、生存率及死亡原因。方法对我血液净化中心行血液透析的慢性肾功衰(CRF)患者的年龄、性别、原发病、透析情况及转归进行准确的记录,然后进行数据汇总分析。结果维持性血液透析患者病因构成:慢性肾小球肾炎为69.39%,糖尿病肾病为12.93%,多囊肾为5.44%,梗阻性肾病为3.40%,狼疮性肾病为2.72%,其它原因为6.12%。死因构成:死亡46例,死亡患者中放弃治疗18例占总死亡率的39.13%,全身衰竭14例占总死亡率的30.43%,排除全身衰竭及放弃治疗死亡患者,14例死亡患者中,心源性猝死7例占50.00%,脑血管意外2例占14.29%。结论慢性肾功衰尿毒症病因构成在我血液净化中心以慢性肾小球肾炎、糖尿病肾病、多囊肾、梗阻性肾病为四大主要原因,死亡原因主要是因经济原因退出透析或透析不充分至全身衰竭而死亡的病例占相当大的比例(69.56%),明显高于心脑疾患。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To overview and analyze the disease happening cause, surviving rate and death cause of 147 patients who suffered from ESRD and were treated with MHD. Methods The age, sex, original disease, HD condition and post-treatment condition of the patients who suffered from CRF and were treated by HD in our blood purification center were recorded accurately. And then data were collected and analyzed. Results The disease happening causes of the patients with MHD were made up of CGN, DN, polycystic kidney disease, obstructive renopaphy, LN and the other which accounted for 69.39%, 12.93%, 5.44%, 3.40%, 2.72% and 6.12% respectively. The death causes were made up of giving up treatment and whole failure which had 18 patients and 14 patients respectively among the total 46 dead patients, and which accounted for 39.13% and 30.43% respectively in the total mortality. Except the above-mentioned 32 dead patients, among the other 14 dead patients, 7 patients died from sudden cardiac death and 2 patients died from cerebrovascular infarcpion. They accounted for 50.00% and 14.29% respectively. Conclusions In our blood purification center, the disease happening causes of CRF and uremia were mainly made up of the following four respects: CGN, DN, polycystic kidney disease and obstructive renopaphy. The death causes chiefly included that the patients gave up HD treatment because of their economic reasons or their HD was not sufficient, which led to whole failure. Their number of dead patients accounted for considerable proportion(69.56%) and the proportion was remarkably higher than cardiac and cerebral diseases.更多还原
