【摘要】 目的比较加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染的成本-效果。方法采用药物经济学原理对两种治疗方案进行成本-效果分析。结果加替沙星与左氧氟沙星组治疗泌尿系统感染的有效率分别为93.75%、87.5%(P>0.05);不良反应发生率分别为6.3%、8.3%(P>0.05)。成本-效果比(C/E)分别为8.75、4.31。与左氧氟沙星组相比,加替沙星组每增加一个单位效果需多花费70.91元。结论左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染成本-效果比优于加替沙星。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the cost-effectiveness of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with infection in urinary system.Methods Principle of pharmacoeconomics was adopted to analyze cost-effectiveness of the two treatment schemes.Results The effective rates of gatifloxacin group and levofloxacin group in the treatment of urinary system infection were 93.75% and 87.50%(P>0.05)respectively;the incidence rate of adverse reactions were 6.3% and 8.3%(P>0.05);the cost-effectiveness ratio(C/E)were 8.75 and 4.31 respectively.The cost for every one unit increment of effectiveness for gatifloxacin group was 70.91 yuan more than that of the levofloxacin group.Conclusion Cost-effectiveness ratio of levofloxacin is superior to that of gatifloxacin in the treatment of urinary system infection.更多还原
