【摘要】 目的:比较钛合金和镍铬合金烤瓷冠的临床效果。方法:收集本科260例需金属烤瓷冠修复的患者制作184个单位钛合金和220个单位镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复体,观察修复体颜色、固位、颈缘密合度,18个月后再次观察以上指标及龈缘着色、冠的完整性、继发龋情况。结果:两组在颈缘着色方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其余指标相似,均未发生冠瓷折裂、继发龋。结论:钛合金烤瓷修复体比镍铬合金烤瓷修复体有更好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinic outcomes of ceramic crowns made of titanium alloy and NiCr alloy.Methods: 260 patients who required repair with metalceramic crowns were managed using 184 Ti-lite and 220 Ni-Cr alloy units.The color,retention and marginal fitness of these units were observed immediately.After 18 months,these indices,along with marginal color,porcelain defect and secondary caries,were further observed.Results: Significant difference between the two crowns was shown in marginal color(P<0.01) but not in others.None of the patients were found to be with porcelain defect and secondary caries.Conclusion: The clinical outcomes of Ti-lite alloy ceramic crowns appear better than those of Ni-Cr alloy ones.更多还原
