LHCⅡ三聚体中叶绿素分子间能量传递的瞬态差异吸收光谱分析
Analysis of Energy Transfer Among Chlorophylls in LHCⅡ Trimmer by Transient Difference Absorption Spectroscopy
【摘要】 应用飞秒时间分辨差异吸收光谱技术对PSⅡ的LHCⅡ三聚体中的能量传递过程进行实验研究,分析得到三组能量传递的时间寿命组分:748fs、3.28ps、32.15ps.其中748fs的组分为单体内Chlb649分子经Chlb658将能量传递给Chla665分子的过程;3.28ps时间常量反映单体内能量从Chla677向吸收更长波长的Chla688分子的能量传递过程,以及Chlb643、Chlb658和Chla668~670分子获得能量的过程;而32.15ps的时间与三聚体内的单体间的能量传递过程有关.
【Abstract】 The energy transfer progress between chlorophylls in the LHCII trimmer is studied by transient difference absorption spectroscopy.There are three time components of energy transfer in LHCII trimmer:748 fs,3.28 ps and 32.1 ps.The 748 fs lifetime component is assigned to energy transfer from Chl b649 to Chl a665 in LCHⅡ monomer,possibly via Chl b657.The 3.28 ps relates to the energy transfer from Chl a677 to Chla of absorbing longer wavelength and that the energy achieving process of Chl b643,658 and Chl a668~670 in the monimer.The 32.15 ps relates to the equilibrium between monomers of the trimmer.
